Directions to Liberty State Park

From Newark Penn Station:
Take the PATH subway to Exchange Place in Jersey City. Then take the Light Rail to Liberty State Park. From there, take the shuttle bus to the ferry slip.

From Hoboken Train / PATH subway / Bus station
Take the Light Rail to Liberty State Park. From there, take the shuttle bus to the ferry slip.

From Journal Square, Jersey City:
Take the PATH subway to Exchange Place in Jersey City. Then take the Light Rail to Liberty State Park. From there, take the shuttle bus to the ferry slip.

Local Streets:
Take Kennedy Boulevard south to Communipaw Avenue. Make a left onto Communipaw.
Follow Communipaw east to Grand Street. Make a left onto Grand Street.
Continue on Grand under the Turnpike. Just past the Sunoco Station, make a right onto Pacific Avenue.
Go up to Johnston Avenue. Make a left onto Johnston Avenue.
Johnston Avenue runs into Liberty State Park.

From Manhattan:

• Both the Light Rail and the PATH subway run frequently during the day.

• Driving Directions:
  Take to Holland Tunnel
  From there proceed straight to the New Jersey Turnpike

From the NJ Turnpike:
Take the NJ Turnpike to Exit 14B. After the tolls, bear left down the hill. Continue straight into the park on Morris Pesin Drive. Turn left onto Freedom Way (last road on the left). When it ends, turn right onto Audrey Zapp Drive (a cobblestone road).
